Position: Contract Coordinator

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000

Location: Los Angeles Icon Concerts Office

Job Description:

 As part of the Booking Team, this position will be primarily responsible for coordinating contracts, including approvals, and any necessary changes that may be needed, including pulling certificate of insurance and worker’s compensation insurance certificate.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor/review/execute artist and venue contracts.
  • Coordinate artist/venue deposit payments
  •  Manage show files to ensure all essential documents are present before the day of the show.
  •  Work closely with insurance brokers to pull venue and worker’s compensation insurance certificates.
  • Support booking team as needed.
  • Update and maintain offer templates, venue, and artist information in Live 360.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working as a Coordinator with a bachelor’s degree considered an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, multi-demand work environment with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externally.
  • Prover to perform under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Must be an active problem-solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small.
  • Resourceful, innovative, forward-thinking, and committed.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to juggle multiple prioritized tasks.

Position: Contract Coordinator

Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000

Job Type: Full-time, exempt

Location: Nashville Premier Productions office

Job Description:

The Contract Coordinator is an integral member of the Global Touring team at Premier Productions, also working closely with the Event Operations and Finance/Accounting teams.

The Contract Administrator reports to the SVP – Global Touring and is tasked with executing any number of agreements associated with the events Premier produces, as well coordinating deposit payments with the accounting team, and assuring insurance compliance. This position is well-suited for a Music Industry Professional with an interest in Entertainment Law.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining certificates of insurance for events.
  • Processing venue agreements.
  • Processing artist/agency agreements.
  • Processing artist riders.
  • Updating insurance certificates to comply with various contracts.

Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000 w/ bonus

Target Total Cash Range: $160,000-$225,000

Job Description:

The Vice President of Marketing will lead and oversee all functions of marketing and ticketing for all shows. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event marketing and overseeing a team with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. The role will have high visibility externally and significant influence in overall decisions related to the direction of the company. The Vice President of Marketing reports to the President. Some travel will be required; will need to work some nights and weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess, evaluate, and report on overall team leadership, performance, morale, and culture.
  • Oversee all elements of marketing including but not limited to digital advertising, radio, direct mail, email marketing, text marketing, market research, grassroots marketing, social media, and creative design.
  • Oversee all elements of ticketing including but not limited to building ticket links, integrating pixels, creating ticket audits, reviewing audits, creating special offers, dynamic pricing and reporting.
  • Set direction, budget and strategy for overall campaigns and assign project leads.
  • Take a leading role in client communications regarding ongoing tour marketing and problem solving.
  • Develop industry facing PR campaigns to promote Transparent Productions to broader industry.
  • Research and implement innovative marketing channels and technologies.
  • Identify and develop new strategic partnerships that advance the goals of Transparent Productions.
  • Will be a member of the Executive Team and collaborate with SVP of Touring, CEO and President on overall strategy and direction.
  • Work with HR to identify and solve potential HR vulnerabilities and issues as they arise.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment managing various projects and able to work under pressure with deadlines.
  • Flexible work schedule as some projects will require weekend and evening hours.

Job Description:

Assist the Booking Manager and Booking department with administrative duties related to touring opportunities in clubs, theaters, and churches across the country. Some travel will be required; will need to work some nights and weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administration – Will assist Booking Manager in building offers, reviewing contracts and

agreements, scheduling meetings, and various other administrative tasks. Will assist the entire Booking department by entering show information into all necessary internal databases and completing the show confirmation process.

  • Booking– Take an administrative role in routing tours, researching, and communicating with venues, and building offers. Assist the Booking Manager to find and secure venues across the country to coincide with tour routing. Work with ticketing and marketing to set up launch plans for new events. Perform administrative tasks to organize and communicate between departments.
